Mr. Batsalkin serves as the company's principal broker and is the co-founder of Boulevard Realty.  Mr. Batsalkin founded Boulevard Realty after a successful career as a real estate attorney at several international law firms.  While working as an attorney, Mr. Batsalkin found his true passion in real estate transactions, only he always longed to own his own company and help more people.  Boulevard Realty was formed in 2004 and the rest is history.  Mr. Batsalkin's concentration is on residential and commercial real estate sales in the Los Angeles area.  In addition to servicing his clients, Mr. Batsalkin trains, mentors and coaches the company's real estate professionals.  In his spare time, you can find Mr. Batsalkin enjoying his time with his wife and son, at a Lakers game, playing basketball, golf or cycling.

Elena is a co-founder of Boulevard Realty and comes to the company after a successful career as a corporate attorney at a leading international law firm.  Elena graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law magna cum laude.  Elena serves as the company's Lead Buyer Specialist and prides herself on her listening and understanding skills.  She takes great care and pride with each buyer, whether you are purchasing a $500,000 condo or a $5 million mansion.  Elena's honesty, integrity, professionalism and attention to every detail are what set her service apart from the rest and make every real estate buying experience smooth, efficient and effective.  Aside from her work at Boulevard Realty, Elena also serves as the Co-President of the Young Professionals Board of Upward Bound House, a local charity that provides transitional housing, programming and advocacy to homeless families with children.  When not finding great homes for her clients, Elena spends her time with her son, husband and socially with friends and family.
